Each piece from Betty Glass Company is carefully crafted by hand, and we take great care in ensuring its quality. However, due to the delicate nature of stained glass, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. If damage does occur, we will repair at the customer’s expense.

Please note that some pieces may contain lead content as part of the traditional stained glass crafting process. For your safety, please avoid licking the glass or placing it in areas where pets may lick it. Ingesting lead can lead to lead poisoning, so it’s important to handle your piece with care.

While the solder used in our pieces is durable, it may tarnish or change over time. To help retain the shine and durability of the solder, we recommend applying a smooth car polish, such as Turtle Wax, to preserve its appearance if you notice dulling.
